We only collect the data you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your explicit consent when you send the form.
• Waiting list (coming soon): your email address. Purpose: to let you know about news. Legal basis: your explicit consent when you sign up.
• Class or retreat bookings: your name, email and the details needed to manage the booking. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.

We do not collect sensitive data, build automated profiles or make automated decisions that affect you.

• Contact messages: kept for 2 years after our last exchange.
• Waiting list / newsletter: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time by writing to the contact email.
• Booking data: for as long as our relationship lasts and then for the legally required periods (4 years for tax obligations).

We never sell or hand over your data to third parties. We use the following trusted services, which may process data on our behalf:

• Resend (resend.com) · email delivery service. Messages from the form pass through its servers to reach our inbox.
• Vercel (vercel.com) · website hosting. It processes requests to the server.
• Google (Google Sheets) · private log of the forms received, so I can reply to you.

All these providers are bound by GDPR safeguards and use standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data (the "right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to its processing.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
